How does presenter authentication work?
The hotel's MICE department creates a custom password for the meeting room Wi-Fi — a simple text or numeric code. Presenters connect to the hotel Wi-Fi using that password, and from that moment they can cast to the meeting room display. They are fully separated from the general audience using the same network. No on-screen PINs, no app-based pairing — just a password from the event coordinator.
Is it secure enough for corporate events and board meetings?
Yes. Only presenters with the MICE-managed Wi-Fi password can connect to the display — fully separated from the audience. Presentations are sent locally, not routed through external servers. No data is stored, cached, or accessible after the session. The presenter's file never leaves their device, eliminating the risk of proprietary content on shared hotel equipment.
Does Nettify Present support AirPlay?
AirPlay certification is currently in progress. Today, Nettify Present supports Google Cast (Android, Chrome OS, Chromebooks) and Miracast (Windows).
