Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Nettify Pte. Ltd. (“Nettify”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website at nettify.com and to the hospitality technology services we provide to hotels and other venues. Nettify is the Unified Guest Technology platform that hotels and venues use to run their guest-facing systems.

Who we are

Nettify Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201606456K), with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Centre, Singapore 068914. We serve properties globally. Nettify is the platform operator and is responsible for the personal data handled through its services.

We provide managed Wi-Fi, in-room entertainment, guest engagement, digital signage, and presentation services to hotels and venues. The way we handle personal data depends on whose data it is and why we hold it, which we explain below.

The two roles we play

It helps to understand the difference between two situations, because your rights and our duties differ in each.

When you deal with Nettify directly

If you visit our website, contact us, request a demo, or work with us as a client or partner, Nettify decides why and how your information is used. In data protection terms, we are the controller of that information.

When a hotel uses our services

When a hotel deploys Nettify to serve its guests, the hotel decides what data is collected and why. Nettify processes that data on the hotel’s instructions, as its service provider — the hotel is the controller and Nettify is the processor. The hotel’s own privacy notice governs guest data, and guests should refer to it.

Information we collect when you deal with us directly

We collect only what we need, and only for clear purposes.

Website visitors. Like most websites, ours records standard technical information that browsers and servers make available, such as browser type, language preference, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. On its own, this information does not identify you.

Enquiries and demo requests. When you contact us, ask for a demo, or sign up for information, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to you, to arrange demonstrations, and to manage our relationship with you.

Clients and partners. When you work with us under a contract, we collect the business and contact details, and where necessary the financial details, needed to deliver services, raise invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others, including analytics tools, help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. In other regions, you can control cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then not work as intended. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your information.

Why we are allowed to use your information

Where data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis, we rely on one of the following: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; the need to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business in a way that does not override your rights; and compliance with a legal obligation.

When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We share it only in these situations: with our staff and trusted service providers who need it to operate our business or deliver our services, and who are bound to keep it confidential and to use it only on our instructions; with a hotel client, where you are that hotel’s guest and we are acting as its processor; with professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed; and where we are required to by law, such as in response to a court order or a lawful request from a public authority, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nettify, our clients, or the public.

If Nettify, or substantially all of its business, were ever transferred to another organisation, your information may be transferred as part of that change. We will notify you of any such change, and your rights under this policy will continue to apply. Any organisation that takes over would remain bound to handle your information in line with this policy.

International transfers

Nettify is based in Singapore, and our team and service providers are located in several countries. Your information may therefore be handled outside the country where you are based. Where we transfer personal information across borders, including out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we put appropriate safeguards in place so that it remains protected to the standard required by the applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or for as long as the law requires us to. Enquiry and demo records are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and financial records are kept for the periods required by tax and company law in the relevant country. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or loss. These include access controls, encryption where appropriate, and agreements that bind the people and organisations who handle data on our behalf. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep our safeguards current.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information: to ask what we hold about you and to receive a copy; to have inaccurate information corrected; to ask us to delete information; to object to or restrict certain uses; to receive your information in a portable form; and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. Where we acted as a hotel’s processor, please direct these requests to the hotel, and we will support the hotel in answering them.

European Economic Area & United KingdomThe rights above are given to you under the General Data Protection Regulation and related laws. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
SingaporeThe Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to access and correct the personal data we hold about you, and we will handle your data in line with that Act.
California & other United States privacy lawsYou may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the relevant law allows. We may need to verify your identity first.

Marketing

If you have given us your details, we may occasionally email you about Nettify products, updates, or events. Every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be made clear. We encourage you to review the policy when you visit the site.
